I live my life vividly, dynamically, and from the heart.

My coaching and teaching are sourced from my amazing teachers and my personal life experiences.

I practice yoga to connect to my body and disrupt the drift of mediocrity.

I play disc golf for the challenge, good friends, and time spent outdoors.

I have a husband who is out of this world and sweet dogs that show me how to love fully. We love to travel and spend time at our Camp Ramseth in Marshall, North Carolina.
